Frank Brown, President of Frank's Home Place, Inc., has been a veteran of the manufactured home industry since 1976, as well as served as past VP of the Capitol Area Manufactured Home Association, and is currently VP of North Carolina Independent Retailers Group (NCIRG). He is also the representative to the NCHMA for the Independent Retailers in that group. He has also been highly successful in developing manufactured home subdivisions for over 40 years, as well. Frank is also a past member of the Town of Nashville Planning Board.
