After looking at homes on the website (www.frankshomeplace.com), Rick immediately saw the quality of the homes when he visited them on the lot. 
"I never thought about going anywhere else after I visited Frank's Home Place. I had never bought a home before, and they made things so easy - not nerve-wracking! Mike helped me adjust options to meet my budget, and Frank helped with any issues that came up before, during and even AFTER the set up process. Even now, I know I can call either of them if I have a problem and they will see that it gets taken care of quickly and professionally! After shopping modular home dealers from Rocky Mount to Roanoke Rapids, N.C., Jessica Brown and her father, Henry Watson, III were told they’d never found a quality built modular home for less than her allowed budget of $100,000. Jessica had already been pre-qualified and knew she needed to stay as close to her budget as possible. She finally found a floor plan she liked at another dealer, and was told it would cost more than what she was qualified for. She decided to check with Frank’s Home Place and was pleasantly surprised to find the SAME home for much less than the price the other dealer had quoted her.

“Getting the price right was my first priority, and Frank Brown was able to do that for my daughter”, said Mr. Watson. “He was very knowledgeable and has been a blessing to work with throughout the whole process, plus we weren't misled in ANY way when it came to price”, he added. 

After getting her loan approval in September 2014, Jessica signed a contract for a new home with Frank’s Home Place in October, 2014, and closed on her new home December 19, 2014 – on her parent’s 30 year wedding anniversary!

"The main thing we liked about Frank's Home Place is that they were very dependable, and did what they said they were going to do! We never had a problem in getting information - whether it was a price on a floor plan or questions about making specific changes to a plan, they always called us back with an answer. And every time we called or visited the office, we were greeted with a smile and a friendly welcome!

As far as our new modular home goes, we are VERY satisfied with the overall quality and feel it is built better than most stick built homes - exceeding the standard codes in most cases! And even when we did have problems with the building process, Frank's Home Place called the manufacturer constantly to make sure the problem was corrected and the job done right!
