Locally owned and operated , Frank's Home Place is located in Nashville, N.C. Partners and friends, Frank Brown and Mike Miller have helped hundreds of customers in N.C. and Virginia find their dream home.
Frank Brown, President of Frank's Home Place, Inc., has been a veteran of the manufactured home industry since 1976, as well as served as past VP of the Capitol Area Manufactured Home Association. He has also been highly successful in developing manufactured home subdivisions for over 25 years, as well. Frank is also a past member of the Town of Nashville Planning Board.
Mike Miller, Vice President of Frank's Home Place, Inc., started with a background in advertising and marketing manufactured homes in 1984, and has been in the sales and service end of the manufactured home business since 1995. He and his wife, Patricia, are also former owners of The Country Restaurant in Wilson, N.C.
Frank and Mike's business philosophy is simple: take care of the customer through every phase of the home buying process, serving them with respect and honesty. Many customers of Frank's Home Place become life-long friends, and often refer their friends and family due to this simple philosophy.
